The University of Evansville Leadership Academy (UELA) was created in 1994 to further the development of student leaders on campus. In the two years it takes to graduate from UELA, our members are exposed to a variety of sessions that highlight different aspects of leadership. We believe that in service and knowledge lies leadership. We are dedicated to finding those qualities in others.
